About the Event
This class is open to all those attuned to reiki 1 or higher. Â We will focus on specific skills to help enhance your reiki practice. Â In this class we will focus on the chakras and hand positions. Â Here is what you can expect from this workshop:Â
- Introductions
- Meditation to ground us and protect our energy
- Brief discussion of the chakras and their functions
- Demonstration of typical hand positions
- Practice time
- Closing prayer
