Join Christine Sweet of Sweet Serenity Sound on a musical vibrational journey that will lead you from stress to refresh. Utilizing her master skills as a professional musician, Christine will guide you through a sonic experience that will encourage you to go within and find your inner bliss.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow and anything else you need to feather and cozy your nest.  Feel free to bring a journal to capture your experience.  Tangerine infused water will be provided.
