What is Family Constellations? In a nutshell, it is ancestral healing.  Why is it important? Because believe it or not what happened to your ancestors is affecting you and your family today.  That’s right...it’s been scientifically proven that you carry the traumas of your ancestors in your DNA...in addition to your programming and conditioning. When you heal or begin to heal the trauma of your ancestors, you are helping to heal your entire family! You are healing upline (your ancestors) and downline (future generations).

If you are on a spiritual path, this is a modality that you need to explore. This work can be extremely raw and very impactful.  Your facilitator, Catherine, of Create & Blossom Energy Healing will guide you through the entire process and provide a short introduction on the work you are about to embark on.

The June FC Group will be looking at the father wound. Your father was earliest example of the role of protector, provider and disciplinarian. Maybe your father executed this role beautifully and offered a balance of each, helping you to feel safe protected and provided for with just the right amount of even-handed guidance.

Using FC, we will explore how this wound is affecting you today.

This is not about placing blame. This is about finding the root of the trauma to let the healing process begin.

If you have another issue not related to your father, feel free to bring that to the group too.  While the focus for June is fathers, the group can also look at other issues as well.

Please note, that not all issues may be constellated due to time constraints.  We will work on as many issues as time allows.  Regardless, all who attend will receive healing benefits.

We may also run over,  please allow for another half hour of time if needed at the end of scheduled end-time. 

Catherine Glastal has over 20 years of experience in the holistic health world. She is a certified

Reiki Master Teacher certified in various energy modalities, including ArchAngel Metatron

Colour Healing. Her work is influenced by her personal experience in the worlds of autism,

Lyme disease, mold illness, and more. In addition, her studies of family constellations are

revealing hidden, unconscious and systemic family patterns in clients.
