What is Family Constellations? In a nutshell, it is ancestral healing.  Why is it important? Because believe it or not what happened to your ancestors is affecting you and your family today.  That’s right...it’s been scientifically proven that you carry the traumas of your ancestors in your DNA...in addition to your programming and conditioning. When you heal or begin to heal the trauma of your ancestors, you are helping to heal your entire family! You are healing upline (your ancestors) and downline (future generations).

If you are on a spiritual path, this is a modality that you need to explore.
