Our mother is our first relationship.

Our first sense of love, safety and nourishment.

Our first bond here in life.

As a result, our mother is the key to life.

As children, we long for the perfect mother and hold on to her for survival both physically and

emotionally, consciously and unconsciously.

Whether you consider you and your mom besties or are long estranged...

Whether your mom is still alive or has passed...

Whether you believe you have a big mother wound or none...

...by looking on a soul level at the underlying entanglements, patterns and beliefs, we can shift

perspectives and find greater compassion for ourselves, our ancestors and our children.

By doing the work, we can release energies that are not ours to carry and process emotions we

have carried our entire lives. This allows us to move forward in life.

This work leads to greater understanding and compassion for our ancestors. It heals forwards

and backwards. It allows us to see and experience the family dynamics from the soul, not the

mind.

Family constellations is group work. There will be a short meditation, an exercise that relates to

the mother, and we will constellate as many attendees as time allows.

Please know that in family constellations we do not ask for forgiveness.

It is highly recommended that you attend the Family Constellations Informational Workshop on

Sunday, April 7th for a more thorough family constellations experience. However, you are more

than welcome to dive right into the work as well.

Catherine Glastal has over 20 years of experience in the holistic health world. She is a certified

Reiki Master Teacher certified in various energy modalities, including ArchAngel Metatron

Colour Healing. Her work is influenced by her personal experience in the worlds of autism,

Lyme disease, mold illness, and more. In addition, her studies of family constellations are

revealing hidden, unconscious and systemic family patterns in clients.
