About the Event
This session begins with a gentle guided meditation where we come together as a group while setting a personal intention for the experience. That intention becomes the focus of this experience as you are guided thru sound with crystal bowls, chimes and rainstick. The meditation and sounds are design to help you relax, open and connect with your intention with more ease in a calm, heart centered way. We will close the session with a 10 minute reflection to connect and share our experiences. No prior experience is needed, this space is open to everyone (ages 18+).
Please bring water to stay hydrated, a blanket to feel extra cozy and an optional notebook to write down any thoughts or insights that may come up during the meditation and sound journey. Also, comfortable clothing is recommended, do you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.
