She is trained in traditional shamanic healing arts with over 15 years of experience. Danielle incorporates these modalities into a tailored session for each of her clients. Danielle also incorporates primal sound therapy & vibrational therapy into ALL of her sessions. Danielle’s sessions are intended for those interested in personal transformation & evolution. Danielle is also a visual artist creating art known as Journey Art. Danielle’s art pieces are weavings of different artistic methods as well as weavings of geometries and light.  Each piece, whether originating from a photograph or a hand rendered image, holds individual Light Code Activations.  These activations can be found occurring naturally in nature as well as in geometric forms created by man. These ancient technologies, also known as Sacred Geometries, can assist its viewer in overall wellness. Symmetry promotes general relaxation and calming, aids in meditation and supports many other beneficial mental and emotional effects.  Research has shown that exposure to certain geometrical shapes can have a positive impact on cognitive abilities such as memory, attention, and creativity. Catherine Glastal is an energy healer with over 20 years of experience in holistic health and special needs communities. Her journey began as a mother seeking answers beyond conventional care, and it ultimately led her to study and practice various energy healing modalities, including Reiki and Archangel Metatron Color Healing. She is a certified Reiki Master Teacher who is passionate about bringing grounded and practical learning to her students.

I am a holistic physical therapist who uses a combination of traditional physical therapy practices and manual osteopathic techniques to find the source of dysfunction, facilitate opening and restore vitality to impaired tissues.     

​ Over the last 30 years, I have worked with diverse patient populations and in multiple settings (hospitals, rehab centers, private orthopedic and neurologic practices). I practice using gentle hands on  techniques like cranio-sacral therapy, somatoemotional release and visceral mobilization to help the body unwind itself. I believe we are emotional, sensate beings that accumulate physical and emotional trauma over our lifetime all of which contribute to the presentation before us. If I deeply listen, my client and I partner together to exhume trauma, align the body, and settle the nervous system, facilitating wellness.
 

  As I evolve as a human, my interests and my practice also evolve.  I take continuing education within osteopathic curricula, evaluating fascia on the brain, the impact of organs on the skeletal system and the way trauma impacts function. I have the unique privilege to be the next stop after adults and children have tried traditional therapies, chiropractors, doctors and acupuncturists. People that have experienced the work often feel it to be very gentle, relaxing and yet exceedingly profound. When working with many of these modalities the interface between spirit and the body is palpable and I am blessed and amazed every day with this indescribable work.    

When I was a young girl I was always compassionate and I became dedicated to finding a profession to help people. I was big into sports and loved physics, so physical therapy was the perfect fit. When I was a few years out of physical therapy school and practicing in the hospital settings, I developed chronic pain. I tried countless physical therapy practices and techniques to assist with this pain, with little relief. I was fortunate enough to come across a practitioner of cranio-sacral therapy, somatoemotional release and visceral manipulation and it changed my life. Not only did it relieve my physical pain, but it also paved the path to the practitioner I am today. I know with every cell of my being that the physical body, emotional body and the spiritual body are weaved together so beautifully.  For real wellness, we need all systems working together and balanced.  It is my honor to walk hand in hand with my patients as they grow, open, unwind and heal themselves inside and out.

I am Mary Kate, the owner of TCH Spiritual Healing Center (Fanwood) and TCH Apothecary & Spiritual Boutique (Cranford).  For the past 12 years I have been on a spiritual journey to discovery the true meaning of why we are here.  I have learned that we are here to truly know ourselves (not who someone told us we should be) and to be of service to one another.  When we do these things, we learn to live from our heart center rather than our ego center.  It is then that we have space to be of service to our family, friends and community, helping to raise the vibration of this planet (which we can all agree, it needs to happen).
