About the Event
Catherine, Nadine & Mary Kate are back together collaborating to create a powerful evening of meditation, reflection and transmutation!
After a brief introduction and prayer, Nadine will gently guide us into a meditative state with 15 minutes of sound healing using her beautiful metal Himalayan Singing Bowls. Next, working with Archangel Metatron, Catherine will lead us in a guided meditation using a variety of Celestial Colour Sprays. This is your personal time with Metatron to do with as you feel called to....mabye you have something that needs release, maybe you are feeling and experiencing joy and gratitude, maybe you would like to call new energy into your life. The choice is yours! Use this time with Metatron to bring yourself into alignment with the Universe. While you are in meditation, Mary Kate will offer light hands-on Reiki to support your meditation experience.
