Are you new to reiki? Or maybe you have had a reiki treatment but its been a while. Either way, August is a great time to enjoy some quiet self-care time. Reiki is a beautiful gentle healing modality. I pair reiki with a few other healing modalities, such as, crystals, prayer/intention, essential oils, sound healing and pendulum healing. Syngerizing these modalities makes for a holistic healing experience. One person described reiki as a massage for the soul...so true! You will leave feeling centered and relaxed.
