Chakras, Empaths & Spiritual Hygiene

Chakras are your personal energy centers and GPS to your health and well-being?  Sounds like a grandiose statement, right?  It actually isn't, it's 100% truth.  When you know and understand your chakras and their purpose, you can begin to actually get your chakras to work for you!  Learn the characteristics of balanced, excessive and deficient chakras. You will learn about various tools to balance these centers and how to protect your aura and chakras.  There will be a presentation with handouts.  We will also do a meditation to demonstrate on how to ground, surround and protect your energy. Finally,  you have an opportunity to create your own essential oil rollerball to help balance one or more of you chakras. Open to only 10 participants.
