Family Constellation Workshop: Introduction & Experience

Family Constellations offers a different way of looking at life. It explores entanglements, whether conscious or unconscious, within the family system and brings them to light. The work is raw, very real and can be unexpected. While there is psychotherapeutic, and even scientific evidence, that families carry epigenetic components down the family lines, family constellation work is on a SOUL level.

In a group setting, the facilitator sets up “the field” and you choose someone to represent you, someone to represent another family member (or two or three) and someone to represent the issue. This takes your ego out of the situation and allows a soul perspective of the greater forces at play. The bottom line is that there is always love and through that love we sometimes become loyal to the suffering of previous generations.
