In that time, Catherine can work with you 1:1 to explore possible entanglements within your family system. Catherine can explain what direction to look at from a family constellations perspective. Sometimes just seeing the family “set up” can bring new  perspectives.

After the consultation, you can decide to leave it be or dig deeper in group work or private work. This is NOT a sales pitch. This is an introduction to family constellations in private with your individual concerns. Even setting up a system dynamic can be a huge step forward for some people allowing for release and calming.
