Family Constellations offers a different way of looking at the experiences and patterns that shape our lives. Together in a small group setting, we explore the dynamics that may exist beneath relationship struggles, repeated family patterns, grief, illness, feeling stuck, parent-child dynamics, or longstanding emotional burdens.

We begin in circle with introductions and a guided meditation. Participants who feel called may raise their hand to work on an issue close to their heart. From there, representatives from the group are invited to stand in for family members, relationships, emotions, or dynamics connected to the issue being explored.

This is not acting, improv, mediumship, or psychic performance. Representatives are not asked to “perform” emotions or create a story. Instead, people often become aware of subtle feelings, sensations, impulses, emotions, or movements that arise naturally while standing in representation. Many first-time participants are surprised…
