Have you ever written a thought or idea down on paper and then seen it come to life? Welcome to journaling! TCH is so excited to welcome best-selling author, Sarah Hannah, as she introduces (or reintroduces) us to the many benefits of journaling.
Join us at the start of 2024 to learn more about journaling and how it can help you in your every-day life. A good way to review your accomplishments, hurdles and growth is by writing things down. Our journey in this workshop begins with a high-level introduction to the journaling experience, providing you with the tools to express your thoughts, dreams and goals on paper. After the brief intro to journaling, Sarah will lead us in a 10-minute meditation and then we'll dive into five key areas of self-reflection using the Reflections Journal as our guide.
Whether you’re an avid journaler or just starting out, Reflections provides options for you to write quick thoughts or longer paragraphs – something for everyone. In Sarah’s journal and using the guided prompts throughout, we’ll visit five key areas of self-reflection, starting with how to create awareness, then moving onto finding compassion, gaining insight and mastering the self, visiting gratitude throughout the workshop. Help bring your goals and dreams into reality in 2024 through journaling and the effective tools Sarah will provide in this workshop. Let journaling become a vital part of your spiritual practice in 2024.
The workshop includes: a copy of Sarah's book Reflections (which she’ll personally sign for you), 10-minute guided meditation, worksheets, a special thank you gift, and discussion (Q&A) with Sarah on the many benefits of journaling, and stories behind the photos.
No need to bring anything with you. We will supply the pens, books and worksheets. We will also have coffee, tea and fruit-infused water to enjoy.
