Introduction to Family Constellations

Family Constellations offers a different way of looking at life. It explores entanglements, whether conscious or unconscious, within the family system and brings them to light. The work is raw, very real and can be unexpected. While there is psychotherapeutic, and even scientific evidence, that families carry epigenetic components down the family lines, family constellation work is on a SOUL level.

In a group setting, the facilitator sets up “the field” and you choose someone to represent you, someone to represent another family member (or two or three) and someone to represent the issue. This takes your ego out of the situation and allows a soul perspective of the greater forces at play. The bottom line is that there is always love and through that love we sometimes become loyal to the suffering of previous generations. Doing a constellation to look at an issue allows for a shift in this dynamic.

You do not need to be intuitive to do this work or participate in the group. The field shows us the way.

This work can bring up deep seated emotions that you may be carrying for and from others in your family system. You will feel things deeply. When you represent or participate in a constellation, you too will receive healing even if you are not the primary focus of the constellation.

The Curious Heart Shop will host energy healer and facilitator Catherine Glastal as she guides us through a family constellation presentation, meditation and constellation. A random participant will be chosen for a constellation with the group. 

Family Constellation Workshop: Introduction &  Experience

This is a workshop to acquaint you with family constellations. The fee will hold your spot. We are limited to 12 people at this time. If there is interest, we will open a wait list/afternoon workshop.

*Family constellations are notorious for running over time. Please give yourself a wee bit of extra cushioning at the end.
