They can be used to look at where energy is stuck and discuss ways to remove/reduce blocks, as well as to get a bigger picture of what is going on in a situation and general intuitive guidance. Each reading is unique and may also include messages from spirit guides and loved ones. You can come with specific questions you'd like to look at, ask for general guidance, or a mix of both depending on timing.
