Nurturing Reiki Sound Bath with Stepping Stones Healing Arts

Join us for a relaxing evening of immersing yourself in the beautiful sound of Himalayan singing bowls paired with Reiki, crystals and aromatherapy!

Sound healing paired with Reiki energy helps to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and deep meditation.  Bathe yourself in the rich beautiful tones of the seven different metal Himalayan singing bowls while immersing yourself in the Reiki energy that permeates the room. Subtle aromatherapy will also be offered throughout the session. This is a time to go within, reconnect and reset your parasympathetic nervous system.

Sounds like bliss, right? This is a wonderful way to head into summer...feeling grounded and centered in our bodies.
