Nurturing Sound Bath with Stepping Stones Healing Arts

Join us we welcome Nadine Stone of Stepping Stones Healing Arts to TCH!  Nadine and her beautiful metal Himalayan singing bowls have recently taken up residence at TCH and we couldn't be more thrilled!  

Sound healing helps to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and deep meditation.  Bathe yourself in the rich beautiful tones of the seven different metal Himalyan signing bowls Nadine uses. Each bowl has all seven sacred metals and are hand crafted and then tuned to a specific note.  Nadine then adds a beautiful crystal triangle to compliment the singing bowls and create a true feast for the senses!  Nadine has a beautiful balanced way of playing her bowls and instruments that will gently lull you into this deep state of restorative relaxation.  In addition to the beautiful sounds, there will be crystals and aromatherapy to help support this relaxed state. Reiki energy will be offered to further promote deep relaxation and healing. 

Sounds like bliss, right? It's just what is needed after a long few weeks on the go and a wonderful way to begin to head into 2024...feeling grounded and centered in our bodies.
