Past Life Regression (PLR) can be so helpful and a very useful in tool in helping us to uncover reoccurring physical and emotional issues in this life. Bring your own mat to this workshop. You will relax quietly as you are gently lulled back in time through hypnosis. You will also receive a light reiki treatment to help you further relax and open yourself up to hypnosis. Jen Stevens is a certified hypnotist and reiki practitioner. Join of of a fun and interesting evening of discovering our own pasts!

In the workshop you will step back in time and discovery who you were in a past life. PLR can help with many physical and emotional issues that may be plaguing your life today. In this one hour meditation, you will relax on a mat (bring your own) as you are gently lulled into a relaxing state which will allow you to view a past life.
