About the Event
In this workshop Jen will guide you into a light hypnotic state which will open the doorway to viewing a past life you have lived. You will viewing your past life, not reliving it. It is like watching a movie...but its of you! Past Life Regression (PLR) can be a useful tool in uncovering reoccurring physical and emotional issues in this life. A light reiki treatment will also be offered during the workshop. Bring your own items to create a little nest for yourself...yoga mat, light blanket, and small pillow. A journal and pen are highly recommended to record your visions and perceptions while they are still fresh in your mind.
