Protect Your Energy

Do you start your day feeling good but by 10 am you feel exhaused and ready for a nap.  Most likely the root cause is that you are inadvertantly giving your energy away...or energy vampires are syphoning it from your subtle energy field.  Whether its at home or work, you do not need to give your energy away.  

In this workshop you will learn how and why you lose your energy and what you can do to protect your energy.  We will also talk about energy vampires, how they steal your energy and how to prevent them for doing it.  We will also talk about what you can do when you have taken on too much energy and things you can do to keep your energy vibing high!
