Reiki Gong & Sound Bath Experience

TCH is happy to welcome back Adriane & Anita Sforza of Sound Light Medicine for an evening of relaxing and realigning our energy centers through sound bathing.  Sound baths are a meditative experience wherein the participants are bathed in sound waves. Through the use of gongs and singing bowls sound baths provide a deeply relaxing experience allowing the body to release stored stress and anxiety.  Gently lie back and relax allowing the sound waves to transmute negative energy stored within your body.  There will also be some light hands-on reiki.  Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else that will help you to build a nurturing nest of comfort.
