About the Event
Join us as we welcome the staff of Trascendental Meditation in Summit. Â They will introduce us to TM and its many benefits. Â If you feel as though you cannot quiet your overactive mind, TM may be for you. Find out how it differs from other forms of meditation. Â There will be a brief presentation followed by a question and answer session. Â If there is enough interest we may be able to form our own TM group. Â Please RSVP to let us know if you are coming. Â
