About the Event
The Curious Heart is so happy to welcome Rachel Rema, ICF-Certified Holistic Life Coach and Mindset Mentor. Â Rachel will be leading us through a workshop to realign ourselves with our 2023 goals and help bring them to fruition through the creation of vision boards. Â Vision boards, when done properly, are a powerful manifesting tool. Â Rachel will discuss:
- What vision boards are and why they work
- Defining clear soul goals
- Tools to build an effective vision board
There will be meditation and a brief presentation. Â You will also have the opportunity to pull an oracle card to help build your vision board. Â Next, it will be time to bring all that knowledge and inspiration to fruition and start building your vision board!
You bring: Any images, pictures or other materials that you would like to include on your vision board
Provided for you: magazines for more pictures, foam board, glue sticks, markers, tangerine water
